Operating out of Mullingar RFC’s brand-new state-of-the-art gym, our fitness classes are designed to improve strength, conditioning, and overall fitness. We offer a dynamic mix of strength training, injury prevention exercises, and conditioning, catering to all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to build muscle, enhance endurance, or stay injury-free, our inclusive and motivating sessions are the perfect fit.
