When it comes to strength and conditioning coaching, we believe that no two athletes are the same. Every player has different strengths, weaknesses, and positional demands, which is why we never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work with each athlete as an individual, designing training programs that help them become stronger, faster, and more well-rounded in their performance.

A Unique Two-Coach System

One of the biggest advantages of working with us is that we offer something most strength & conditioning coaches can’t: a two-coach system. We (Damon and Darragh) work together to provide a more dynamic and efficient approach to team training. Having two coaches allows us to:

Data-Driven Performance Testing

Unlike many other S&C coaches, we don’t just run sessions and hope for improvement—we track it. We start each training block with a series of tests measuring strength, speed, power, agility, and more. At the end of the block, we repeat these tests and provide players and management with clear, data-driven insights in the form of performance graphs. This allows:

📈 Coaches to identify strengths and weaknesses across the team
📈 A targeted approach to improving performance at both individual and team levels

Injury Prevention & Rehab Expertise

We don’t just focus on building strength and fitness—we also ensure athletes stay injury-free. Our experience in injury prevention (prehab) and rehabilitation means that we design programs and training sessions that help players maintain peak condition throughout the season. If injuries do happen, we provide tailored rehab plans to get them back to full fitness as soon as possible.

To make training as accessible as possible for both coaches and players, we work at each club’s gym, rather than requiring teams to come to us.
