


Runner-Focused Training Group (6-Week Block)
This product reserves a spot for you on our 6-week group training programme designed specifically for runners.
This includes one session per week each Friday at 7:30am (or a time agreed upon privately via email/text), focusing on strength training to improve performance, rehab & prehab work to reduce injury risk, and support your next event — whether it’s a 5K or a marathon.
This will also include a comprehensive training program that you can use in your own training outside of working with us, to help maintain and continue to build on results even after working with us!
Held in Mullingar Rugby Club's gym. Limited spaces available.
